1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bloq.ink (the "Service"), operated by Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
bloq.ink is an AI content marketing automation platform that researches keywords, writes SEO articles, publishes them to your blog, optimizes for AI search engines, and tracks performance — fully autonomously.
3. Account Requirements
- Valid email address
- Access to the blog/CMS you want to publish to
- Accurate account information
- At least 16 years of age
4. Pricing and Payment
- Starter: $149/month (or $124/mo billed annually)
- Growth: $299/month (or $249/mo billed annually)
- Agency: Custom pricing
- Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds provided only for billing errors or service failure.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Publish spam, harmful, or deceptive content
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
6. Content Ownership
You own the content published to your blog through the Service. You grant us a license to process your site data solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing and publishing it.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, traffic, rankings, or revenue. Results vary based on domain authority, niche, and competition.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend access for Terms violations. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export data before deletion.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
